Hi! I'm Don Mosandl. Although I am not new to the real estate market in the Kern River Valley having purchased a home and 3 rental properties six years ago, I am new to this side of the real estate market. After spending many years as an Operations Executive in Corporate America, I’ve decided to ditch the suit and tie and pursue my true passion - helping people find their dream home, cabin, ranch or land in the beautiful Kern River Valley.
